Ki-Be won only one varsity match, Troy Cunninghams 42 second pin. Some good efforts were turned in by Jesse Henderson keepking it close against Omar Avelar 6-2 going into the 3rd round. Avelar placed 7th at state last year. Sam Landoe wrestled toe-to-toe with 2X state runner-up Angel Ledezma giving up only a take down to a guy who was one win away from a state championship the last two seasons.

Sheridan McDonald brought the house down with her head and arm on her Royal opponent. The score was back and forth with Sheridan and her Royal opponent swapping leads. Sheridan was up by a couple points when she threw the head and arm to put an end to the match.
