2000 FROM JASON HENDERSON: To all former and present Ki-Be Baseball players: In playing college baseball at two diffent schools and traveling around the Northwest playing different colleges the past three years, I have not seen a classier program than that of the Kiona-Benton Bears this is in large part to the great coaching staff of Mike Hagen, "GUSS", and Coach Brown. Sure there are programs with more state of the art equipment and some of the finest baseball fields you ever laid your eyes on. But nothing comes close to the Ki-Be bears and their work ethic and knowledge of the game. Most of all and not to be forgotten and must be carried on is the winning tradition and the grattitude of playing as a KI-Be bear. "Guss" if you read this, I wish you the best of luck and you still owe me around of golf. |
