We are ZION Trinity, called upon by the MOST HIGH to lead our brethren and sistren in prayer, through music. The creator established ZION Trinity, seven years ago. We are songwriters who sing in the genres of Roots (Churchical) Reggae, Jazz, Funk, Spirituals, and African Ritual Chants from the African Diaspora. ZION Trinity captures the masses with powerful a cappella harmony and uplifting music to feed the soul.
Today, ZION Trinity is known as New Orleans Female Vocal Sensation. We are blessed with an abundance of talent "for we are his workmanship" (Ephesians 2:10).
Our first public performance was in June of 1999 in the state of West Virginia at a spirit and music festival called the "Sistah Summer Fest".
To date, ZION Trinity has performed in New Orleans at The House of Blues (Mardi Gras night - 2001 and in 2002 for Culture of Jamaica), Also in New Orleans at Blue Nile, Cafe Brazil, Cafe' Negril , The Dragon's Den, Spotted Cat, Tipatinas, Twi-Ropa Mills, The Ashe' Cultural Arts Center, The Freret Street Festival, Louisiana State Museum, Holiday on the Boulevard Celebration, National Park Services, the Essence Music Festival 2001, and the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival 2001, 2002, and 2003
In June of 2001, ZION Trinity has also performed in Seattle, WA at the Experience Music Project and in February of 2002 with the Seattle School Board.
