In our free initial consultation, our potential clients discuss their planning needs and together we develop a customized plan and schedule for their event. Whether your needs are hourly etiquette consultation, management the day of your event, or full-service, event planning, we work with your budget to make your event a success.

For our full-service clients, we create a customized proposal, establishing a timeline and benchmarks. By setting benchmarks and accomplishing planning tasks in phases, the overall plan seems less overwhelming and the client sees visible results as milestones are completed. Our progress billing system allows the client to pay as tasks are visibly accomplished.

Weddings/Commitment Ceremonies

Whether you are planning a wedding or commitment ceremony, we specialize in multicultural celebrations, blending cultural customs and traditions with a new twist.

We work closely with each couple to capture their unique personalities and relationship. The result is a truly original wedding-be it a candlelight ceremony in a round, a processional led by bagpipers, or a Huppah made from an Indian sari- we create an affair to remember.

Day-of Coordination Service Packages:

Package 1

  • Timeline/Agenda Development
  • Decoration set-up/break-down
  • Coordination of rental items and vendor deliveries
  • Directing ceremony i.e. attendants, family members, musicians, officiant
  • Delegation of gift removal and clean-up of personal items such as guest book, bouquets, etc.

Pre-Wedding Planning Services:

Examples of what many pre-wedding package services include, but are not limited to:

  • Budget management/development
  • Agenda development/timeline management
  • Regular updates and distribution to all parties involved
  • Attend any necessary site visits and vendor meetings
  • Assist with program and/or menu wording, design & printing
  • Consult on bridal registration
  • Development of personalized ceremony: readings, vows, music ideas that exemplify couple
  • Develop and implement décor (work with florists, etc. to develop cohesive look and feel)
  • Development of reception customs to include: bouquet toss, first dances, toasts, etc.
  • Assist with seating charts - table numbers, place cards, seating diagrams
  • Manage hotel room blocks for out-of-town guests
