I will begin by saying that I am an utterly hopeless romantic. Tragic relationships and doomed lovers inevitably tug at my heart strings and start the tears flowing. I am not happy with ambiguous endings, lack of closure, or unanswered questions. I want stories to end with "...and they lived happily ever after." I devour love stories in all genres of writing; fantasy, science fiction, romances, and most recently, fan fiction.

I am not the most patient person in the world when it comes to new stories told by my favorite authors, and none of them ever seem to write fast enough to suit me. So I was overjoyed when I discovered fan fiction almost five years ago. At the same time, I discovered Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and a truly phenomenal amount of fiction based on the show. I read all I can get my hands on, quickly identified my favorite authors, joined mailing lists, bookmarked my favorite sites, and then...tragedy occurred. They still don't write fast enough!

So, I turned my hand to writing some stories myself. And the first story, with the help of a marvelously encouraging beta reader, turned out well, and fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the second is not coming along as well, so I have found a new well of patience for my favorite writers, because it isn't easy sometimes. A lot of the time. I've decided that instead of spending my time sending copies of previous parts (not that I'm not flattered by the requests, because I am), I'd rather spend it fighting with the next chapter of the story. So, here's the site, so everyone can catch up on their own time.

I regret to inform you that updates are highly unlikely at this point. I have not watched the show in years, and don't recognize the characters any longer. I'll keep this site up as long as possible however, and many thanks to those of you still interested in my story.
