Rsd A Patient's Perspective:

My site is about how RSD has affected me.

I hope to help others with info

about what it is and what it does to us.

I think education is the best weapon.

My personal lists:

I do not:

* apply ice to my left hand no matter how much it swells

* allow anyone to do anything to my body I do not want done

* force my body to do any aggressive exercises if I am hurting

* allow someone else's opinion of my life be my guide

* sit back and allow life to go on without me

I do

* try to learn something new each day

* try and find something to smile about

* try to deal with bad days in positive ways

* try to help someone else's bad day get better

* try to give thanks for the wonders of my life

Make yourself a list too, they can help the day start and stay good.
