Chicago District Council files obtained by Laborers for JUSTICE at its expense, scanned, converted to html and web published as a public service to LIUNA members and concerned citizens in the hopes that contributions will be forthcoming to sustain the not for profit, money losing endeavor by Laborers for JUSTICE to educate LIUNA members

• about corruption in the Laborers Union,
• their rights and duties as union members,
•  and the complete inadequacy of the existing DOJ-LIUNA policies, procedures, and practices in place to inform LIUNA members so they may exercise their right of self-governance

Republishing these files on the internet without permission will

1. sabotage our efforts to raise money to finance LMRDA lawsuits against corrupt union officials
2. sabotage our efforts to build a database of email addresses of LIUNA members and concerned citizens
3. constitute copyright infringement
4. result in widely publicized lawsuits for copyright infringement
5. aid and abet the continuing criminal conspiracy by organized crime to corruptly influence the The Laborers Union in particular and labor unions in general.
