Locals/ District Councils/ LIUNA Entities

Each of the locals affiliating with the district council will receive a thorough exposure so its members can make an informed, intelligent choice in deciding electoral matters, policy choices. Members of each local will be asked to participate in a collaborative effort to maintain an up to date reporting system for their local and the district as a whole. They will receive free internet access, free web sites, free software. They won't have to join the network proposed by LIUNA that will cost $17.95 a month.( Another rip-off by technologically ignorant labor leaders)

Laborers for JUSTICE will offer these free services and others to the "leadership" of each local. When they accept the offer they will be commended. When they reject the offer they will be condemned. They will be forced to communicate with their membership on matters affecting the Laborers union whether they like it or not.
