1998-9 Team Roster
Varsity Swim and Dive Team Members Selected

Coaches Matt Schilling and Jeff Firman announced their selections for the 1998 - 1999  Lancer Swim and Dive Team. "We were pleased to see our eligible top scoring underclassmen  return for another season," said Coach Firman.
" I am pleased with this year's turn-out," announced Coach Schilling. Our Men's team lost several key swimmers from last year's squad,
All-Met (All State) Matt Brado and Jon Brewster, who were key to our fifth place finish at States' last year. But our Men's team has more depth this season and returns Mike Peterson and Justin Betts, All State and Honorable Mention All-Met, from our NISCA All American Consideration 200y/m relay team.
The Lady Lancers return seven seniors to a

squad that finished 3 - 3 last season. "We are in a very tough District, said Coach Schilling, "Langley girls won States last season with a Freshman-Sophomore dominated team." Madison and Marshall are  expected to be strong contenders for second place. "With the addition of first year Park View to our schedule, we hope our women will finish at least 4 - 3 in the Liberty District, stated Coach Firman.
