The duty of mathematicians is to provide good ideas and the duty of mathematical journals is to popularize the ideas to facilitate learning and discourse. When a mathematician contributes to the mathematical community by providing good ideas, he or she should not share the burden of a mathematical journal's printing cost. L. C. Wang welcomes any academic journal to publish L. C. Wang's articles. However, L. C. Wang does not accept publishing bills from any mathematical journal. Any publishing bill received by L. C. Wang will be discarded.
