Josias MOODY

Deed dated 19 Apr 1671, transfers land from Francis Haddon & wife Jane, natural mother of Josias Moody, to Josias Moody.  The land was formerly owned by the deceased father of Josias, Gyles Moody.  Family trees drawn by T. I. Hansford states his will was dated 9 Nov 1675 and was probated 1 Apr, 1677.

Elizabeth FOILIOTT

Foliott seems to be the most prevalent spelling for this family name, although Foliot is a common spelling in England.

She married Josias Moody and had 1 child, Elizabeth.  Josias died young (27 or 28 years old) and she married Charles Hansford second.
