EDUCATION

I am currently enrolled at the University of Alberta, Faculty of Science, 3rd year undergraduate Honours Physics program.

 

Graduated from Campbell Collegiate high school in Regina, Saskatchewan.

 

I was in the French Immersion program from Kindergarten - Grade 9. 

 

EMPLOYMENT

 

May 2001 – August 2001                        Research with the SPARRO, a subatomic research group at the University of Regina.  I was involved in research and development of a barrel calorimeter for the Hall D project: an international collaboration intended for the Jefferson Lab in Newport News, Virginia.  I was responsible for testing scintillating fibres and Hybrid Photomultiplier Tubes (HPMTs).

 

September 2000 – April 2001                   Marking physics and math assignments for the University of Alberta.

 

July 2000 – August 2000                         Production Secretary for the television program “Wild Lives”.

 

May 2000 – June 2000                            Creating and filling a database for personal and corporate

                                                            clientele for SEE Accounting & Bookkeeping, using Microsoft Access 2000.

 

October 1998 – August 1999                   Cashier/Salesperson for Compucentre, a local computer store.

 

SKILLS

 

I am familiar with PC, Macintosh and Linux computers.
