Beverages Mary's Milkshake (Low-Cal)

Recipe Ingredients
1 12 oz can of diet 7-up
1 cup frozen unsweetned whole strawberries (do not thaw)
1/3 cup powdered nonfat milk
3 ice cubes
2 or 3 pkgs of Equal




Recipe Directions
Only do this recipe if your blender can handle ice, otherwise you will destroy the blades. Any frozen unsweetened berry will work. I love to use blackberries. If not thick enough add more ice.

Put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend on high until well mix.

Makes a very generous serving (16 + ounces) for only 3 points. Very filling, thick like a milkshake.
