Breads Low-fat Banana Bread

Preparation Time:

Recipe Ingredients
2 c. sugar
1 c. applesauce, unsweetened
4 eggs
3 - 4 ripe bananas, mashed
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. baking soda




Recipe Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Coat 2 loaf pans with veg cooking spray
Combine 1st four ingredients.. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Divide into 2 loaf pans, and bake at 350° F for 50 - 60 minutes or until toothpick come out clean..
