Multi Teds
Sometimes the colors of a particular teddy defies description.

The bear on the left is--please stop snickering--a dog toy. I saw the little guy in a doggie Christmas stocking at Target, along with 8 various chew toys. Thinking maybe it would be nice to rescue just one from the fate of being a woobie, I bought the whole stocking and gave the other dog toys to friends' dogs. The one on the right I got at a thrift store.
Four terrific little mini teds called Rock N' Roll Bears, made by Future Sales & Liquidations. They are inexpensive knockoffs of the Grateful Dead Bears, but still quite unique. From left to right are: "Jumpin' Jackster","Jelly Nellie", "Smart Alec", and "Chillin' Dylan". They were just $1 at the Family Dollar Store!
Pop and Kate

Both carnival prizes, Pop should probably be on the brown ted page but--what the heck. I won Pop at a fair in a dart-balloon-popping game, and my husband and I together won Kate at Dave and Buster's.(says her name and origins on her ribbon.)

Schnozzy Chenille
Do ya ever just see a little ted you just feel sorry for? This big-nosed cutie sat in a bin at Marshall's during many of my trips there. Finally I bought him. he is jointed and made from what looks like chunks of an old chenille bedspread, but he has a lot of character and a horrendously big nose.
Rainbow
Another score from FAO Schwarz, this teddy has what looks like airbrushed swatches of color in her fur.
Sweetpatch
An absolutely adorable little girl I found at Goodwill. She is fully jointed, made from what appears to be quilt-like material, and has embroidered features.
