RYUICHI

        RYUICHI is the vocalist of LUNA SEA. I like his image in MOTHER period most, with short hair and make up, also in EDEN period with one length hair. Although RYU is not my favorite vocal, I think his voice is very suitable for LUNA SEA songs. I think no one can substitute his place in LUNA SEA. And also he had a good performance in lives, his performance is very consistent during the whole live, this makes me think he really is  a good vocalist.

        I think RYU is the most popular member in LUNA SEA for non-J Rock fans now. It is because he started his solo activities in 1997. During 1997, he had released few pop singles and albums,  also acted some dramas and CM. This makes many people pay attention on his solo career and also  made many SLAVE feel disappointed. Even in Hong Kong, people also knew his song "LOVE IS...". Talking about his solo, he changed his tone of singing to more suitable for pop songs, become softer and not agressive as before, so many fans are very worried about how LS will become when they come back after solo activities.

        About their live performance, I think RYU and SUGI are very famous to give fan services on the stage. This always makes all the fans scream during the live. As I remember when I saw REW that RYU and SUGI kiss on the stage, I also screamed out ^o^ but don't know why I really think it is very warm. And because of their performance in the live, some of the fans write many fanfic about RYU and SUGI and I am SxR fans. ^^;
