Ordering Info
Renaissance Fair catalog items fall into two categories; Auction and Set Sale. Set sale items are available to the first buyer, as usual. Auction items use a minimum bid (MB), where the bidding starts. Auction items may be sold immediately, if an attractive enough offer is made. If the item is not flagged as "Sold", the auction is still open and bids are invited.

Prices are listed in both Euros and US dollars. The base prices are set in US dollars. Payment is accepted in Euros, US dollars, British pounds, and Swedish kronor. The exact price will be calculated when payment is due, and may fluctuate slightly prior to this, due to shifting exchange rates.

Payment is accepted via Bank Wire Transfer (preferrable), and Paypal. We can accept Visa and Mastercard if processed via Paypal. Please note that if paying via Paypal, the buyer must add 3% to cover the Paypal fee. If paying via Bank Wire, there is no fee. We strongly recommend using Bank Wires through IBAN/BIC, and may refuse Paypal payments from certain countries, due to known problems. Cash in a registered letter is accepted only if you pay in Swedish kronor, and will be entirely on the buyer's risk.

Shipping costs are calculated after the order has been placed, and added to the total cost. Costs vary depending on destination and weight. As an example, sending 1 single LP record to the USA costs $14. No 'handling' fees are added on our part. Items are packed using sturdy mailers with additional padding.

Items are sent via regular air mail. If you want registered mail, insurance, or use a specific carrier, you must specify this. Purchases over $500 are sent via registered air mail at no extra cost. Note that insured mail requires a fully declared value, which may lead to customs tax in your country. Once an item has been sent from here, we are not responsible for what happens to it; however, parcels are hardly ever lost, even with regular air mail.

Grading System
Items are graded on the scale: M/M-/Ex/Vg++/Vg+/Vg/Vg-/G/F/P. 'M' (Mint) corresponds to 10/10 on a 1-10 scale, while 'P' (Poor) equals 1/10. We rarely offer items below Vg+. This is a grading system used by many rare LP dealers, and we use it for other types of items as well.

Records are always graded based on both aural and visual aspects (no 'visual grading only'). Every record offered for sale has been played in its entirety before grading. Grading for LPs and 45s is disc/sleeve.

Defects or unusual properties of the item will be mentioned specifically. Feel free to inquire at any time.
