The Removal!
This is a picture log of my Trans Am hatch transplant. I found the hatch on ebay and it was only 40 minutes away from me and already red so i jumped at the chance. Below is a before picture of my Firebird as it was from the factory (I got it used but previous owner kept it stock).
Here is a couple of pictures of the hatch removed in my garage. We had planed to borrow a friends truck but he went out of town so instead we drove it as pictured to where we picked up the hatch and bolted it on there. Only had one person honk at us on the way.
After we got back home we had to take the hatch back off and wire the third brake light and defog. After bolting it on and tweeking it to get the gaps close, this was the finshed product.
