Coffee

Coffee has been found helpful in reducing type 2 diabetes, and heart attacks; because it contains antioxidents, and chlorigenic acid. Coffee is a stimulant because it contains caffine, so decaffinated might be better to drink.


Peanuts

Peanuts reduce the risk Of Cardiovascular Disease, because of their fatty acids, and other key nutrients; and they are cholesterol free. Too much peanuts, slows the digestive process.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes lower the risk of prostate cancer, and may reduce the risk of heart disease.


Chocolate

Chocolate's may have Potential Health Benefits, cocoa and other chocolates may keep high blood pressure down, your blood flowing, and defend against destructive molecules called free radicals, which trigger cancer, heart disease and stroke. Too much chocolate can lead to diabetes or tooth decay because of sugar. There is now sugar-free chocolates.
