When I first started college, I knew that it would help better myself, so I could know how to take care of myself better, in many ways such as in hygene, it's important to brush regularily. Doctors, and dentists can prevent, occurences of illness, or gum disease, or etc., by modern medicine, prevention, or operations, and checkups.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are a good source of vitamins, fruits are important in good digestion, they also help to reduce cholesterol. Fruits help it reduce infection, and is good for cigarette smokers, also. Vegetables can help to keep our body cells healthy. Multi vitamins, contain the seventeen fruit vitamins, regular vitamins supply the daily needs, tablet vitamins preserve the vitamins, until taken. Fresh meats contain twice the nutrients as not fresh meats, not spoiled food. Lean, red meats contain high protein, and is a good source of energy for body building, protein that is not used to rebuild and repair, body cells and tissue, is turned into fats, that are used as energy, but too much fats can cause over colesterol. Fish is a high protein that is good for dieting, because it doesen't build up too much fat, but some types of fish, such as bass, pickeral, tuna, and bluefish, can contain toxic contaminants that build up in the body, if eaten to often. Chicken is a good source of protein, that is good for dieting but the skin has cholesterol.
Walking, jogging, streching, and regular activities help to circulate the blood in the body. A good exercise program, that is accustomed to your conditioning is very good for you. There are two types of exercise, aerobic that improves and tones the body, and anaerobic such as body building, that increases muscle and bone mass; both types of exercises are important, for a good physique, and muscle tone. In running, a good distance can be measured in miles on a track, and your speed can be measured in the time it takes to run that distance. Body building should use about 65 percent of your full, strenth; the workouts should be done by sets, and completions. To heavy an exercise is not good for you, if you over exert yourself. Usually a two or three day a week program is good, to maintain a good workout schedule, to play better sports, have a better attitude about yourself, or just keeping fit, or in shape. |
