I ventured to Los Angeles from Sacramento, CA. after reading Kevyn Aucoin's Making Faces (one of the best makeup books in the world), in August 2001 to attend Make-Up Designory (better known as MUD), in Burbank CA. The school was great! I loved it! The teachers and staff were wonderful and very helpful.
After graduating from MUD I started doing freelance work for photographers, production agencies, and students and faculty for UCLA.
Right now, hoping to build a portfolio I would love to work for different people in the industry. Working in film, print and t.v. is a huge intrest of mine. Also working with the Hollywood elite (like everyone else) is something I aspire to do. Often traveling from Los Angeles to Sacramento I am able to work in both cities and any in between.
