POPOVERS

foolproof & fantastic

1 c milk

1 c flour

2 eggs

1/2 tsp salt

6 COLD greased custard cups or COLD greased cupcake pan for 12 popovers or a COLD greased popover pan for 6 popovers (freeze the pans for about 10 minutes)

Put all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir with a spoon until what's dry is moist. Disregard lumps.

Pour into cold greased cups, half full.

Place in COLD oven.

Set the oven for 450º & the timer for 30 minutes.

Do NOT peek.

When the timer rings, serve the popovers.
