I guess I should fill you in on a little about my background .... I
have been in the sign industry
(designing and fabricating signs) for almost 16 years now. The past
few years
I have been broadening my horizons by taking graphics at the local
community
college where I hope to eventually gain a degree in "Graphic Communication".
Although designing is not new to me, digital imaging is. This page
is the latest of
my work and I hope to be revamping some of the older pages
as well as adding new pages.
This person is real and in fact she is my Great Great Great Grandmother
who was
born about 1857. Her name is Jennie Anderson Goldsborough. The other
images
are also photo's of my ancestors also in the Goldsborough Family.
The beginning of this digital image transformation started with a large
brown
and yellow photo which I colorized. That is where the skills of being
an artist
kicked in. I am really enjoying digital imaging and I hope to be able
to do this very
same transformation and restoration for others as well.
