CROCKPOT CHEESY BACON DIP
 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
4 c. shredded Colby-Jack cheese
1 c. half-and-half
2 T. prepared mustard
1 T. chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
 
 
Place the cream cheese, Colby-Jack cheese, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper sauce in a slow cooker.  Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, on LOW for 1 hour, or until the cheese melts.  Stir in the bacon; adjust the seasoning to your taste.  Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
