Kelsy was sold as a pup to a young family-who found they had no time for this lovely puppy. When he came home he was very much the 9 week old puppy that he was when he left-only he was 7 months old!! His training and loving took a long slow time. I was very slow to get him started. But when I decided it was time--I must have been right!!
Kelsy finished in 3 show weekends ending with back to back 4 point majors!! This was in the span of 1 month!!
He received many many comlaments - mostly about his lovely side gait.
When I was asked what his future plans were-I was reluctent to say-he had a wonderful pet home lined up and would go there when he finshed. The reason for this is that is what this dog needed and what he was due after such a poor start in life.
He now lives in Florida with a young couple and their daughter. He is very happy and in love with his new child!! they have a lot of land for him to run and romp on.
Thank goodness this wee pup has what he needs.
