In this general area, we see several oblong rectangular shapes, interestedly enough all oriented the same way:
This shape appears to be rectangular and regular. The structure is about 11 x 8 pixels, or 31 x 22 meters -- about the size of a moderately large building.
If you look closely where the arrows are pointing, you will see at least two other rectangular-shaped structures nearby, with the same orientation and similar geometry as this one.
