Record:   0-0 0ko Appears In:    Phred’s Cool Punch-Out 2 Turbo Mario had a heavy work load this generation of video game consoles and due to his legendary status, he declined to be in Phred’s Cool Punch-Out 2 Turbo.  So Phred went to Luigi and got him to be the referee of Phred’s rom hack.  Master Phred always wanted to have Referee Luigi in a game ever since he had a fake secrets page and told the world that Referee Luigi was a hidden character in the game (and people actually believed it, el oh el!).  He is different than Mario in his decision making due to the fact that Luigi believes that Mac should be able to beat ALL of his opponents by decision (as long as Lil’ Mac gets enough points to convince Luigi).  Luigi has been accused of sexism due to making it harder for women to get a win by decision but Luigi denies any and all accusations saying that he is always fair in his decision making.
