The reward of discipline to obtaining good health is long life. The secrets to longevity is to look at some people in different cultures that not only live past 100 years but also retain their youthful appearance and physical strength. The practice of healthy discipline is rising in popularity and many articles and papers are written on this subject.

 

Okinawans of Okinawa drink matcha a finely powdered green tea used in traditional Japanese tea ceremony because you wind up drinking the leaf itself and not just the tea brewed from  it contains a higher level of antioxidant compounds. Standard green tea is also quite healthy. You can purchase these at your local health store in supplement form.
