Wiccaning To those family & friends who are gathered here and may find our Ways strange... Please listen and understand, the truth of God is more important than the words of men. In their foundations All Faiths Are One. And this is the first of the Great Truths, That all Gods are One God and there is no religion higher than the Truth. Let The Truth Prevail! Here God is not confined to these boxes men try to put him in. If He is father then can not He also be a Mother and if so then be called Goddess? Here we pray to One who is beyond ALL differences.

We hail the Glorious Heavens, blazing with light. We hail the Holy Earth on which we stand. The Union of These Two bring forth life. Guardians of The Four Directions We salute You. We honor our Ancestors who have gone before. Watch over our children, Holy Ones.

We are met in this Circle to ask the blessings of The God & Goddess of Nature on the child of ______, so that he/she may grow in beauty and strength, in joy and wisdom. There are many paths and each must find their own; therefore we do not seek to bind this child to any one path while the child is still too young to choose. Rather do we ask The God & Goddess, who know all paths and to Whom all paths lead, to bless, protect and prepare this child through the years of childhood; so that when at last he/she are truly grown, he/she shall know without doubt or fear which path is his/hers and shall tread it gladly!

Who seeks to enter this Sacred Circle? Why do you seek the Sacred Gathering of the Four Elements of Life and the Power of Spirit? Parents Respond: “We seek to have our baby blessed and ask The ancient Ones to protect our baby until he/she may choose their own way, we seek to name our child.

Fire Speaks: I am the Power of Fire, Guardian of the South. I welcome you to this World and bring to you the gifts of Faith, Trust, Strength, and Protection. The Power I give thee is the Power to Will! Into the Sacred Cauldron I place Bay Leaf for Strength & Protection.

Spirits of The West, Powers of Water, know this child whose name is _________, Bless _______, with the Magick of Life and give him/her the gifts of Love and Intuition. _______, listen to your inner voice, trust and follow your intuition that you may know and fulfill your destiny. Water Speaks: I am the Power of Water Guardian of the West. I welcome you to this World and bring you the gifts of Intuition, Love, and Dreams. The Power I give thee is the Power to Dare. Into the Sacred Cauldron I place Meadowsweet for Love and Happiness.

Spirits of The North, Powers of Earth, know this child whose name is ________, Bless ______, with The Strength of Life and give him/her the gifts of Physical Well-being and Hidden Knowledge. ________, taste the Joys of Life and Honor your Physical Body, that you may know and fulfill your destiny. Earth Speaks: I am The Power of Earth, Guardian of the North. I welcome you to this World and bring you the Gifts of Patience, Prosperity, Wisdom, and Sacred Knowledge. I am ShiningStar, Priest of Ancient Ways, I manifest The Power of Spirit, The God & Goddess Immanent! I am the Center, I rule Transcendence, Transformation, Change, Everywhere and Nowhere, Within and Without, The Void. I anoint thee with Oil and welcome you to this Incarnation. I bestow upon you the Blessings and Protection of The Ancient Ones until you are old enough to choose your own way. In you I plant the Seed of Inner Knowledge that You are DIVINE, The God & Goddess Immanent, And so you shall walk through Life with this knowledge always, Blessed Be.
