1/4 lb peeled pumpkin
4 tablespoons sugar
1 coconut
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons shortening
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup cornmeal

Grate the coconut and extract the milk. Grate the pumpkin. Add spices, sugar, shortening and cornmeal to the grated pumpkin. Mix to a stiff batter with the coconut milk. Put in a shallow baking pan and bake until brown at 350-deg cel.
