Now with a release of Vampire:The Masquerade RPG game everyone "knows" much about vampires. Of course half of that just a fake, but who says there is no truth? One of primary ideas of VtM is a  Beast rising: "The beast rising inside us transforms us to insane, mad creatures." And now I have a question: Can this be true? If I look at myself I can say: yes it`s true. But it can be "one creature illness". Do you feel a beast inside you? Why can I say, that there is a beast inside me? I went mad very easy. Sometimes  can`t even control myself, like a berserk. But usualy I`m very cool person and always understand what I'm doing.

Hmmm...well, I believe that everyone (human or not) has several layers to their psyche and as such, several different aspects of their personality-the shy, quiet side; the bold, outspoken side; the violent, angry side; etc. BUT, I think that when asking about the "beast" or the "hunger" of a vampire, it is an additional step to this normal division of self...for myself at least, I know that my bloodthirst has a voice of it's own; it sings when well-fed and screams when hungry. Whatever 'it' is that makes me a vampire speaks to me from within me-both as my own thoughts and that of it's own. It's very hard to describe...I don't know that this will make any sense, but this is how it is with me (and several others that I know personally) It sounds weird and wrong how I'm writing it, but maybe it will make sense?

Check out my ramble, Alone as well for more first-person perspective on the beast.
