Are You 100% Sure You Are Going To Heaven?

There is only one way to get there, and it is through the Blood of the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ

Why?

Because He came for us...to become sin for us.

For He (God) hath made Him (Jesus) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.

2 Corinthians 5:21

The Bible verse above tells the story of what Jesus Christ has done for all people.  Let's look at the simple plan of salvation found in God's Word:

1.  Salvation Comes From God

For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son [God the Son], that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.    - John 3:16

Salvation comes NOT from man's own efforts - it comes from God down to man as a gift.  You are not born with eternal life - you must receive it.

By grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:  it is the gift of God:  not of works lest any man should boast.     - Ephesians 2:8-9

2.  Salvation Comes To All In Need

For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.    - Romans 3:23

For the wages of sin is death.    - Romans 6:23

All men are in need, because all have come short of God's standard.  We all need payment for sin's death penalty.

Our NEED for a Savior is met in JESUS CHRIST.

3.  Salvation Comes Through Jesus

The Bible reminds us over and over that through Jesus Christ we have eternal life.  Jesus died and rose again to pay for our sins:

For He hath made Him sin for us....     - 2 Corinthians 5:21

....The son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.  - Galatians 2:20

....Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,...He was buried, and...He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.    - 1 Corinthians 15:3,4

Have you ever sinned??

The Ten Commandments (Exodus 20):

Thou Shalt...

1.  Have no other gods before God.

2.  Not make any idol (Things can be idols)

3.  Not take God's Name in vain

4.  Remember the Sabbath Day

5.  Honor thy father and mother

6.  Not kill (Anger is murder. See 1 John 5:13)

7.  Not commit adultery (Lust is adultery.  See Matthew 5:28)

8.  Not steal (value does not matter)

9.  Not bear false witness (Lie)

10.  Not covet

As we can see, we have all sinned.  So how are we forgiven for our sins??

4.  Salvation Comes By Faith

For by grace are ye saved through faith...    - Ephesians 2:8

FAITH IS SIMPLY BELIEVING IN GOD

Believing what God the Father said of His Son:  "For He (God) hath made Him (Jesus) to be sin for us..."

JESUS CHRIST, "WHO KNEW NO SIN," DIED FOR US, AS OUR SUBSTITUTE.

The sinless Son of God became sin for us "that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him" when we confess our sins.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.    - 1 John 1:9

YOU MUST REPENT:

"I tell you, Nay:  but, except ye repent [turn from your sin], ye shall likewise perish."    - Luke 13:3

So, The Question Is Now Presented:

WILL YOU TURN YOUR LIFE OVER TO GOD AND TRUST CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR?

If you realize that you are a sinner and that Jesus Christ died and rose again for your sins, are you willing to give up your sin, place your trust in Christ's sacrifice for your sins, and confess your sins to Him?  If you are ready to do this, express these ideas to Him in your own words. It may be similar to this:

"Lord Jesus, be merciful to me, a sinner.  Please forgive me and save me now.  I give You my life and trust You as my Savior.  Amen."

Please let me know of your decision of salvation!
