Maybe you thought this was the "Hair Test" page suddenly, with this lady on it. It's laughable to think some people think the dip in the ratings "Felicity" sustained in its second season was due to Russell's haircut.
But while one writer termed Russell (first season) as "follicly blessed," it's more obvious to me that she is "optically blessed." She has such gorgeous green eyes, made more engaging by strong low eyebrows. It's always a pleasing contrast, when a lowered eyebrow -- indicative of a more concentrated gaze -- is naturally atop wide open eyes.
