	Mark Gilligan A member of the CIPD, Technical Member of IOSH and NEBOSH qualified Mark is a H.R and Health & Safety Professional with over 10 years HR and H&S Generalist experience in the practical application of both Health & Safety and Employment law, delivering high quality policy and procedural advice & facilitation.  Mark has strong interpersonal skills that enable him to be an effective, consistent communicator and motivator at all levels. He applies a methodical approach to his work and maintains focus on attention to detail throughout. He has strong problem solving and decision-making skills developed over many years of working in SME’s and this has been demonstrated by the effective and speedy resolutions that he has implemented. Mark is a co-founder of our company.
