In response to the coronation, er, inauguration of President-Select George W. Bush, a group of local activists will hold the Peoples Inaugural Ball, Saturday, January 20 from 7:00- 10:00 at the Music Café, 120 9th St in Columbia. Admission is free. The gala will feature dance music by John McHale and friends, plus an open microphone. People are asked to come dressed as your most loved or most disliked political figure.
