MY WORKSHOP

My workshop is a room that will eventually be an extra bath/exercise room.  When we built the house, we had the plumbing roughed in ... ask me why I STILL don't have a sink ... duh!  But I did get a skylight, cable connection for my TV and a few power outlets.  There's a built-in vacuum, too, so cleaning up the floor at the end of the day is a breeze.

Just had the tool pegboard put up.  What a great way to organize the things I use all the time!  These photos were taken on a day when I had cleaned up!

Clear plastic boxes organize all the small parts.

A section of pegboard contains the framing materials, turntables, etc.

My scrap wood is in a large container.  A small turntable holds the tweezers and small tools.  I use the cardboard cores from fax paper, etc. to separate the different types of wood.

Aah!  The nerve center.  My trusty workbench and the most often used tools.

Large boxes hold fabric and trims.  There are separate shelving units and turntables for paint & stain.  My wallpapers are in a bucket.

A large oak table purchased at a thrift shop holds the power tools.  I have a second Dremel tool mounted in a drill press stand.

And this is what the place looks like when I'm in the middle of a project!
