Graphicless Example #2

~ ~ ~ Here we have another example of what can be done with graphicless pages. The blocks of color here are simply fills on table cells. Any color scheme can be substituted here.

~ ~ ~ This graphicless page is quick loading and browser friendly. Even if a browser cannot display tables, the text and links are still clearly visible.

~ ~ ~ Typographical elements are used here as bullets to avoid the use of graphics.
