Formed during the Samhain reunion tour, opening band AFI's front man, Davey Havok, hooked up with Steve Zing, Samhain bassist, Todd Youth, Danzig & Samhain guitarist, and London May, Samhain drummer. Make no mistake, this is no Samhain cover band, They do all original material but written with the same dark, heavy and fiery Samhain sound. Glenn Danzig (god), does make sweet guest appearance playing guitar on Track 2 "Stray", and Track 5 "Songs from The Earth". In fact the whole album has a slue of guest appearances including Joey C. and Howie Pyro (both of Danzig), and Nick 13 of Influence 13 and Tiger Army. The album "Songs From Earth" Even keeps in the Samhain tradition of being short as hell (10 tracks at 30 min.), but having songs that are just so goddamned catchy.
