Easy Bake Pizza
Ingredients:
2 packages buttermilk or country biscuits (I use the Pillsbury brand - 7 1/2 oz)
1 small onion-chopped
1 greenpepper-chopped
1 jar prepared spaggetti sauce (14 oz.)
1 lb. bulk italian sausage
chop up any other "pizza" ingredients you may like, i.e. mushrooms, pepperoni, etc.
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.

Pre-Heat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9X13 inch pan. In a skillet brown the sausage over medium low heat; while the meat is browning dice up the greenpepper, onion or your choice of ingredients.
Add the sauce and your pizza ingredients (onions, peppers, etc) to the skillet, cook for about 5 minutes. Turn off heat, set aside.
On a cutting board lay out your raw biscuit dough and cut each piece in 1/2. Take 1/2 of your batch of cut-up biscuits and layer in the bottom of your baking dish, (bottom won't be covered, rolls will expand while cooking). Layer over the biscuits 1/2 of the sauce mixture, then add 1 cup of the cheese. Place another layer of biscuits over this, layer with the sauce and cheese.
Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes. Serve.

COUNTRY CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 6oz. can tomato paste
1 8oz. can tomato Sauce
1 can corn
1 14 oz. can whole tomatoes
Salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 to 2 cups "cooked" egg noodles

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the hamburger and onion, season to taste with the salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder.
Add canned corn, tomato paste, tomato sauce and whole tomatoes, mix. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish, mix in the "cooked" egg noodles, top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in oven 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve.

Tator Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1 can mixed vegetables, such as VegAll
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 package Frozen Tator Tots

Brown hamburger over medium skillet, salt, pepper to taste. Stir in the vegetables, mix then add the soup, stir in. Put in small baking pan or 1 quart casserole dish, top with tator tots.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 an hour. Serve.

Ham and Cheese Roll Up
Ingredients:

1/2 pound boiled ham, sliced
1 package crescent rolls
6 slices American Cheese
1/2 cup each, diced onion, diced green pepper
Salt, pepper, oregano

On a cookie sheet, spread out the crescent dough, press together (or use rolling pin) to close dough seams.
Place layer of boiled ham over dough. Place cheese slices over the ham.
In a skillet cook the onion, green pepper, and seasonings (season to taste), for about 3-4 minutes.
Spread the skillet mixture over the cheese. Roll up the dough with ingredients inside length-wise, pinching the dough together at the seams and edges to form a closed roll.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
*Note: Swiss cheese works real well with this recipe also.

Shepherd's Pie
Ingredients:
*1 pound cubed beef, cooked
1 can mixed vegetables
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup light cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 egg
2 teaspoons melted butter or margarine
Paprika.

Heat over to 400 degrees. In a 2 quart casserole dish add the cooked meat, drain the vegetables and mix into the meat. Crumble the bay leaf over the mixture.
In a small bowl mix the cream, salt, pepper and parsley and mix into the mashed potatoes. Beat the egg and fold into the potato mixture, spread over the meat and vegetables.
Brush the top with the melted butter, sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake 20 minutes or until top is browned.
*You can also replace the beef with a 1 pound of hamburger.
