FEAR - RELEASE AND RENEW THROUGH MUDRA

13 Minute Meditation

Become a new you by removing your fear.

Sit in easy cross legged posture, half lotus or lotus posture.

 

Place the hands in Kapitthaka Mudra to Start

Kapitthaka Mudra

(Turns direction and removes doubt or fear)

Then

Fearless Mudra

Begin moving the fingers as shown

 

Breath through the nose and move the fingers for 11 minutes

Open and close the Saturn(emotion - middle) finger

and Jupiter (wisdom - index) finger for eleven minutes at your pace as pictured

 

Make an O with your mouth and breath through the mouth as you continue the mudra movement for two 1/2 additional minutes.

 

Take three cannon breaths by letting the suspended breath out through the circle opened mouth with the force of a cannon fire - then inhale for a total of three.

Relax
