Tippin Launches New-improved, Fan Friendly Web Site—AARONTIPPIN.COM—At CMA Music Festival 2005
NASHVILLE, Tennessee--Aaron Tippin is NUTS about Fan Fair! Festival-goers (CMA Music Festival) can expect to see Tippin live and in person as well as enjoy a hands-on experience like no other. In addition to the Fan Fair activities, Aaron Tippin will tip off the event to launch his brand new web site www.aarontippin.com on Thursday, June 9, 2005.
Tippin has diligently prepared to make the wait worth the while. In celebration of the new site launch and to thank his fans, Aaron will appear in person in his booth during the CMA Music Festival to meet and greet Tippin fans up close and personal. His 10’ X 40’ booth will house the Tippin Lounge which will be open to attendees to invite and encourage hands-on participation. The booth will feature Tippin’s show memorabilia and a computer/cyber lounge. Tippin purchased 10 Dell computers to place in the computer lounge so that fans can visit his brand new web site and sign on to become an official NET NUT. Fans can register to become a certified NET NUT at Tippin’s booth (Booth No. 304 in the Convention Center) any day during the CMA Music Festival. Aaron Tippin NET NUTS will be eligible to participate in a number of nutty opportunities and will be entitled to exclusive purchasing powers. NET NUTS will be eligible to purchase exclusive photos, bid on autographed items, download Aaron Tippin wallpapers, screensavers, and buddy icons. They will receive special discounts via the merchandise link available only on www.aarontippin.com. NET NUTS can participate in monthly contests and giveaways (including preferred VIP seating – a fan and their guest will sit on stage at an Aaron Tippin concert); conduct personal interviews with Aaron; and chat with Aaron in the NET NUT chat room. In addition, Aaron will touch base to leave random and candid audio messages on the site to share behind-the-scenes information that only a NET NUT will be privy to.
As part of the fan festivities, Tippin will host six separate contests during the CMA Music Festival. Contestants will be eligible to win 1&2) lunch with Aaron in the artist green room on Thursday and Friday, 3) a Friday Payday Paycheck issued by Aaron, 4) an autographed stand-up, or 5) a personalized recorded telephone/voice mail message, or 6) the grand prize—a personalized and engraved album plaque displaying all of Aaron’s greatest CD’s. In addition to his appearances in his booth, Aaron will participate in the Andy Griggs Archery Tournament Thursday afternoon (June 9) at the Coliseum (4:00-6:00PM). That evening, he’ll perform at the Linda Davis MDA Benefit Concert (Wildhorse Saloon) and on the Riverfront Stages Friday morning, June 10, at 10:00AM.
