The Neighbors Association of Normal (NAN) serves as an umbrella organization for neighborhood associations, neighborhood watch groups, and any interested citizens in the town of Normal, IL. Neighborhood associations or watch groups may join for a fee of $20.00 per year. College students and individuals or individual households, who do not belong to a local Association, may join for a fee of $5.00 per year.
NAN holds Quarterly Forums which are usually scheduled the first Saturday of February, May, August and November. (Click our Meeting Agendas for locations and details of scheduled meetings)
