Inspire A Generation
There was a time in America when we believed we could achieve any dream. There is a project that will inspire our teenagers and young people internationally to believe in the future and to recapture a lost dream. It is the largest and most dynamic communication project ever designed especially for young people. It amalgamates entertainment, education and values on an unprecedented scale.

America's future is bleak ...
...unless we inspire this rising generation to embrace the values and ideals of our forefathers.
Lying at the root of most of the ills of our young
people are a lack of spiritual values, low self-esteem, and despair over future opportunity. The
failure of our educational system to meet the contemporary needs of America's youth compounds
the problem at a critical juncture in our nation's history.
Former educator Allan Bloom, in his best-selling book The Closing of the American
Mind, pointed out that students of this generation have "impoverished souls" and are sadly lacking
in a comprehension of high ideals or any vision of greatness. There is but one conclusion: great
thoughts and great deeds go hand-in-hand. If we cannot think them, we shall surely fail to
perform them.
Leaders from every segment of our society have long acknowledged the influence and power that
the entertainment industry exercises over the hearts and minds of young people world-wide. We need
to do everything in our power to encourage the purveyors of entertainment, including the leaders of the film, television, and music industries, to produce projects that inspire rather than exploit
our teenagers.
Distinguished film critic Michael Medved declared the following: " As one anguished mother commented to me years ago: `My resentment toward
Hollywood [filmmakers] is entirely personal--because I can't escape the
feeling that they're trying to kidnap my kids.' The big entertainment
conglomerates continue to churn out jaded and cynical diversions that seem
to go out of their way to undermine the most important values parents want to
impart to their own offspring." (Michael Medved, "Saving Childhood",

What is needed is a traditional values oriented, world-class entertainment/communications project produced on a
George Lucas scale (creator of Star Wars and Indiana Jones) films to have sufficient impact to change the state of things.
The purpose of this site is to bring to your attention a one-of-a-kind education/entertainment event designed to be the largest and most dynamic communication and values driven project ever created especially for young people: The Teenage World's Fair.
Beginning in the year 2018, the Fairs will be an annual event that will run for eight consecutive weeks during the summer. The Fairs will be produced on the Prairie Oasis Pictures Corporate Campus in facilities specifically designed to host the annual Fair attractions, special events, and related festivities. This will provide many cross-promotion opportunities between the hosting of the Fairs that will attract guests internationally and the production of feature films produced in the studios of Prairie Oasis Pictures located at the same site (see Box below for additional information).
The central idea of the Teenage World's Fair is to produce a communications vehicle that showcases today's teen and addresses itself directly to teen issues, interests, dreams and goals.
The Fairs will be organized around five themed venues which are of universal appeal to teens:
Film/Television, Sports/Fitness, Music/Dance, Science/Technology and Education/Careers. Each
theme area, pavilion, or venue, will house interactive exhibits, attractions, special events,
contests, celebrity guest appearances and seminars.
The difference between the Fair and other teenage entertainment is vast. Our mission is to encourage the pursuit of excellence in teenagers by producing original entertainment properties that foster an enhanced understanding of America's unique founding and history, as well as improved international relations through cultural exchanges.
To this end, a Teenage Senate will be convened consisting of outstanding student leaders from across the nation and around the world. They, together with prominent leaders of government and industry who share the project's vision and values will set the tone and style of the Fairs. This international representation of student leaders will ensure teen interest and participation from around the world.
This project is dedicated to a rebirth of the "American Dream" which has had a positive impact on people of every nation. Teenage World’s Fair will promote the concept that the "American Dream" is an outgrowth of those timeless principles, values, and ideals upon which this nation was founded.
The following are the ten "Principles of Excellence" essential to achieving the "American Dream:"
- Faith In God
- Commitment to Family/Community
- Reverence For Life
- Respect For Individual Rights
- Self Reliance/Personal Accountability
- Initiative/Perseverance/Patience
- Honesty/Integrity/Virtue
- Courage/Optimism/Hope
- Charity/Humility
- Commitment To Excellence
This attraction illustrates the fundamental principles upon which the "American Dream" is based. It also traces the roots of its beginnings, the people who breathed life into it, nurtured and developed it. It showcases individuals whose lives are exemplary studies of each of the ten "Principles of Excellence." People have come to America from every nation on earth and in every condition imaginable - many without anything but hope. This attraction gives a rousing insight into what makes the "American Dream" special and unique and what we must do today in order to preserve it for the future.
I have dedicated over two decades of my life to making the Teenage World's Fair and other related projects a reality for America's youth. If you wish to share in this vision, I would like to discuss this very special opportunity with you. I want to raise $5 million in order to produce an independent family friendly motion picture (The Adventures of Billy Buskirk) which incorporates the values expressed in America's founding documents (The Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution). The profits from this rousing heartland musical production will be used to produce additional Prairie Oasis Pictures films and other related projects (The Teenage World's Fair). These patriotic and traditional values films will be produced to renew an appreciation for and increased faith in the principles of limited government, free markets, and individual liberty. It is our hope in the future to establish a corporate campus as a headquarters for Prairie Oasis Pictures, and to design, produce, and host the Teenage World's Fairs. The two projects go hand-in-hand, and share the same mission to promote, among America's youth and families, the values upon which this nation was founded. The corporate campus and the entertainment/educational projects produced there will be a source of inspiration to families from across the nation and around the world who visit it (see the box below for additional information). I seek an individual(s) or corporate entity that would like to participate in this noble endeavor to inspire excellence in teens and an appreciation for America's traditional values. Never before has there been such a need for a rebirth of the spiritual values and ideals in which our Founding Fathers believed (see Addendum 1).
Your involvement/investment is vital to producing The Adventures of Billy Buskirk film trilogy. I believe this exciting motion picture trilogy will produce multiple revenue streams in excess of $50,000,000. This will allow Prairie Oasis Pictures to produce subsequent films and to begin work on developing the Teenage World's Fair. For me, the films which will be produced by Prairie Oasis Pictures, as well as the Teenage World's Fair, represent a commitment to ideals and values which are threatened by ignorance, despair and hopelessness of which teenage drug abuse, crime, pregnancy and suicide are but symptoms. There is cause for concern. The films of POP and the Teenage World's Fair are cause for hope in regards to our nation's future.
Most companies manufacture a product or provide a service. We however, go a step further. Prairie Oasis Pictures exists to produce films and expositions which promote the philosophy of our Founding Fathers and their faith in the Savior.
The Founding Fathers believed in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and also firmly held and often expressed their convictions that Divine Intervention inspired their efforts and shaped their destiny. Anyone reading their words with objectivity cannot deny this. Listen to the words of several of our nation's early patriotic leaders.
"It is impossible to govern the world without God and the Bible. Of all the dispositions and habits that lead to political prosperity, our religion and morality are the indispensable supporters." (Washington's farewell speech on September 19, 1796)
"The success, which has hitherto attended our united efforts, we owe to the gracious interposition of Heaven, and to that interposition let us gratefully ascribe the praise of victory, and the blessing of peace." (George Washington, from a letter to the Executive of New Hampshire, November 3, 1789)
"Oh, eternal and everlasting God, direct my thoughts, words, and work. Wash away my sins in the immaculate blood of the Lamb, and purge my heart by thy Holy Spirit. Abraham Lincoln's stern warning to the people of his day as to the threat to liberty posed by existential secularism is just as timely today:
"We have been the recipients of the choicest bounties of Heaven. We have been preserved, these many years, in peace and prosperity. We have grown in numbers, wealth, and power as no other nation has ever grown; but we have forgotten God. We have forgotten the gracious hand which preserved us in peace, and multiplied and enriched and strengthened us; and we have vainly imagined, in the deceitfulness of our hearts, that all these blessings were produced by some superior wisdom and virtue of our own. Intoxicated with unbroken success, we have become too self-sufficient to feel the necessity of redeeming and preserving grace, too proud to pray to the God that made us.
"It behooves us, then, to humble ourselves before the offended Power, to confess our national sins, and to pray for clemency and forgiveness." ("A Proclamation by the President of the United States of America," March 30, 1863, as cited in Complete Works of Abraham Lincoln 1905, p. 236)
George Orwell warned us, in his novel 1984 of the totalitarian dangers of the state. In our country today, a nefarious "Big Brother" dogma has spread across the land. It is promulgated by those whose self interests are vested in the centralized power of the federal government. Socialism, globalism, and other intrusive big-government policies are eating away at the core fabric of values, ideals and principles upon which this nation and its liberties were founded.
Many politicians who reside in Washington, D.C. and elsewhere believe their egalitarian policies can create "Utopia" through artificially restructuring society. The ever expanding role of paternalistic government will eventually cost us our resources, autonomy and ultimately our liberty. "Safeguard of our beloved country against such a fate will only be possible if we regain some of the spirituality and wisdom of our forefathers which caused them to ordain by constitutional precepts that government be servant rather than master of the people." (General Douglas MacArthur, from a letter to president Guy Newman, Howard Payne College, April 17, 1962.)
The truth is, We the People are the only ones who can create a utopian society. The politicians will never achieve it through federal legislation - quite the contrary. It can only be accomplished via the process of individual reformation - people like you and me! What we need is less federal regulation, bureaucracy and taxation and more empowering of individuals to be responsible and enterprising. Integrity, Self-Reliance, Initiative and Individual Accountability: These are the cornerstones of Republicanism and represent the timeless principles entrusted to us by our Founding Fathers as the keys to a successful life and a prosperous nation.
This project is designed to benefit and unify us all irrespective of color, race, ethnicity, religion or gender. We must not allow individuals or groups with political agendas to use multi-culturalism to divide us into warring factions or alienated groups. In the last quarter century, the world has witnessed a rise in tension and violence from wars and terrorism in many diverse places, from Bosnia and Kosovo to New York, Afghanastan, Iraq, Syria, Lybia, Ukraine, and elsewhere, as manifestations of cultural hatred and aggression have multiplied throughout the world. Even here at home, in America's inner cities such as Chicago and Baltimore, we have witnessed a shocking rise in civil disobedience, rioting, and unparalleled murder rates. We must never condone violence or discrimination. We have but one mission and that is to promote the culture of excellence and produce projects which not only entertain, but inspire, ennoble and uplift. Excellence can only flourish in an environment of liberty and free enterprise which brings us back to the enduring values of America's Founding Fathers. Where would the world be today if they had not made the sacrifices which enabled the birth of American liberty, enterprise, and opportunity. This "Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all," is the shining hope of all humanity in the Twenty-First Century if we will but harken to the spirit of God.
This company is founded upon Judeo-Christian ideals and values, among which are Faith, Hope, Charity and the Sanctity of Marriage and Family. We must live by the Golden Rule and always be kind and considerate to one another. These virtues, when inculcated into our daily lives, represent a love of God and a willingness to serve our fellow man. We believe in the notion of a Divine Creator who loves us all equally and that we share a responsibility to promote the Brotherhood of Man. We must heed the admonition of the Savior, "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in Heaven is perfect" (Matthew 5:48). This requires that we be committed to a moral and ethical way of life. Let us learn then, to love and forgive each other that we may live in union, peace and harmony and thus extend the hope and joy in Jesus Christ to all humanity. God bless America and all liberty-loving individuals of every nation.
