-Take I-95 exit 21 (Mill Plain)
  Go south on Mill Plain to Rte 1 East (left) then South (Right) on Ruanne. 
Then Right at end of Ruanne 
& then follow signs left at Mona Tr. 
& Right at Sullivan Place.
( GYM is at end of SR. Ctr. near Soccer fields )

Central CT. ~  south of Hartford near rte 9 exit 12
SUN  *6:30 to 10pm
