At Fallin & Fallin, one of the candidates that doesn't get chosen to be a partner quits and files a malicious lawsuit against the company, threatening Nick. Back at Legal Services, Lulu takes away a case, involving a teenager who has tried to kill himself, from Alvin and reassigns it to Nick. In the meantime, Nick takes Lulu's suggestion and agrees to attend counseling to better their relationship and their future.
