April 30th Cards 3B Larry Gardner shows some incredible power with 3 home runs against the Cubs at Wrigley Field. He finished the day 4 for 5 with 5 RBI.
May 14th The Yankees completely run over the lowly Athletics with a 26 hits offense that produces 23 runs! Lew McCarthy and George Cutshaw both have 5 hits in that game.
May 23rd It's Sam Jones' day in Chicago as he retires 27 straight Pirate hitters and gets the no-hitter!
June 27th It takes 18 innings of play before the Yankees can break a 2-2 tie against the Tigers. The pitchers dominate the game, allowing only 12 hits on each side.
July 11th The A's and Senators beat the Yankees/Tigers 18 innings game by en extra 5 innings as they battle through 23 innings before Washington wins 9-6. Ray Chapman goes to the plate 12 times!
July 9th Allstar Game,  Stan Coveleski of the Indians allows 4 runs to the National League hitters in the final 3 innings of the game. the MVP goes to Max Carey (3 hits) as the NAT tops the AME 4-2.
