April 12th The Cubs and Reds battle through 18 innings before they can find a winner as Cincinnati wins 2-1.
May 14th With 8 runs in the first inning, Washington go on to destroy Philadelphia pitchers, final score is 18-9
May 28th For the 2nd time this year, the Red Sox get only a single hit, this time against the Yankees as Del Pratt takes away Leon Cadore's no-hit bid.
June 2nd Not a good start for Jake Thielman of the Giants as the cross-town rivals Dodgers run over him with 12 runs in the 4th en route to an easy 20-2 win
June 20th Another 18 inning game, as the Braves beat the Reds 4-3. The game that started at 4PM was just about to be stopped for darkness after 5 hours and 24 minutes of play.
July 14th Allstar Game,  another win for the NAT behind the great pitching effort of Christy Mathewson who goes the distance to earn a 4-3 win and the game MVP.
July 18th Cards' RF Cy Williams goes 5 for 5 with 4 R scored and 4 RBI to help his team triumph over the Cubs 15-1
Aug 9th In a very poor pitchers game, the Braves and Cubs combined for 34 hits and 22 runs.
Aug 20th Eppa Rixey of the Senators has a perfect day against the A's. He retires all 27 batters that face him, including 5 on strikes to earn the 5-0 perfect game win.
Sept 22-29th World Series, the Chicago Cubs get revenge from their 1914 World Series  loss to the same Cleveland Indians. With 2 wins, and a good performance at the plate, Rube Marquard received the MVP.
