In memory of those we lost in NYC and Washington, D.C.

Welcome   to   Our   Page

Hello. Here it is another year gone by. We're getting ready to start Jessica's senior year. Oh my! Where does all the time go? These years have just been flying by.

Jessica's trying to decide whether she wants to go to college or not, now. She's very interested in hippotherapy (physical therapy using horses). So far, we've only found one college that teaches it, though. And, it costs $20,000 a year, just for the education. If she goes there, we will have to add another $4,000 just for room and board.

She's seventeen now. And, she has all of the attitude of a teenager. Of course, as far as she's concerned, she knows much more than I ever knew. But, I really thank God that I decided to homeschool her. I've seen how other teens talk to their elders. Jessica respects pretty much anyone who isn't related to her. I figure that, at this point in her life, I'm lucky that she has listened to me at all, although she would be the last person to admit that she's done so. I look forward to the day when she really realizes that I do know something. I figure it will happen sometime around her mid-twenties.

I still have an e-mail group for homeschoolers if anyone is interested in it. It's here. Feel free to visit this page and join us if you want. It's not very busy right now. But, I think that's because everyone's busy with school. We go through our spurts every now and then.

I'm still planning on updating this page occassionally. I want to add more pictures.

Thank you to my repeat visitors and the newcomers who check me out every once in a while. If you have patience, you will see the things God is doing in my life as I get closer to Him. Sit back and enjoy your visit.
