Overeaters Anonymous is a 12 step program to help people who are interested in overcoming their addiction to compulsive overeating, undereating and other food related addictive behavior. Overeaters Anonymous is a 12 step group and there are numerous meetings every week in the area. If you are new, please pick a meeting and just show up. We were all new at one time, too, so please come and join our fellowship and find out what Overeaters Anonymous is all about.
