??????????????????

If you're like lots of other people, you're just dying to ask, "what's the difference between a Paint and a Pinto"--in fact, that's the #1 question we hear.  Both Paints and Pintos are spotted horses.  Paints are strictly stock type horses with Quarter Horse, Thoroughbred, or Paint breeding.  Pintos, however, can be many different breeds such as Arabian, Morgan, Saddlebred, Tennessee Walking Horse, Trakhener, and others.  Most Pintos are registered with more than one breed/color registry.  Pintos come in a size for everyone--horses, ponies, and miniatures.
For more detailed information, check with the Pinto Horse Association of America.

Looking for a few good people to work the in and out gates at our shows.
If you have some spare time and would like to volunteer, please call

SPOT N THE DARK
A pleasure type Pinto owned by Jan Sharp has been honored
by being selected for inclusion in the Pinto Equine Hall of Fame where her photo will be permanently on display.
Sadly horses honored in this way are deceased. Spotty was honored for her outstanding show record
and her impact on the lives of so many people.  Like Black Tie Affair, she was trained to perform tricks
and visited many, many people where she entertained and Jan educated about Pinto
and the proper care & treatment of horses.
Spotty had two foals, Dancin N The Dark & Darker N Bey, who both are learning tricks
and will make their way into the show ring in the future.
Darker N Bey is pictured below
